The summer sun is blazing, and all of us crave for a cool, refreshing dessert. On 20th and 21st June the budding chefs of Class 2 had a hands-on experience of preparing and plunging into the yummy taste of Mango Trifle Delight, a simple yet stunning treat that's perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without heating up the kitchen. The recipe allowed them to experiment with different flavours and textures like Marie Biscuits, Chocolate Syrup, diced ripe mangoes and colourful tutti fruti while enjoying a delicious outcome. The yummy treat also helped them to reinforce the concept of ‘Patterns’ done in the class, as the ingredients were layered one over the other in a pattern. This fireless cooking session for the DPS master chefs was an exquisite way to beat the summer heat and create delicious memories in the cooking class.
