The humble mango – a tropical treat bursting with sunshine flavour was relished @ DPS Surat. On 18th and 19th June 2024, Class 1 master chefs discovered the exciting world of ‘Mango Fusion’, a recipe in which the students explored the versatility of this vibrant fruit, creating a dish that blends the sweetness of the king of fruits with the cool and creamy vanilla ice-cream. The students experimented with the summer fruit- mango in different forms like mango pulp and diced mangoes. This no-flame cooking session for the DPS little chefs was an exquisite way to beat the summer heat and create delicious memories in the cooking class.
