This presentation should be attended by both parents. 
Step 3 Know Each Other Session : Meet the admission Committee  School campus 23-09-2024 Monday 28-09-2024 Saturday Nursery.Email received by parents will contain the exact date and time for attending this interaction at the school campus. To be attended by Both Parents. Parents should bring necessary documents as per the check list emailed to them. Students are welcome to join along with their parents.

Step 4 Admission Status : Online Online 09-10-2024 Wednesday after 3:00 PM  On school website www.dpssurat.net
Step 5 Online Fee Payment  Online 11-10-2024 (Friday)  Applicable only to shortlisted candidates. Detailed instructions to complete these formalities will be mentioned along with the admission status on 9th October 2024. 
Step 6 e-NACH Mandate Registration Online 13-10-2024 (Sunday) Applicable only to shortlisted candidates. Detailed instructions to complete these formalities will be mentioned along with the admission status on 9th October 2024. 
Step 7 Document Submission Administrative office As per the schedule allocated to the shorlisted candidates.  Applicable only to shortlisted candidates. Venue & Schedule applicable to the shortlisted candidates will be declared on our school website www.dpssurat.net on 09-10-2024. Admission formalities to be completed preferably by both the parents.

Parents are requested to carry the following documents (originals & self attested copies) on the day of Know Each Other Session.
1 Printout of Registration Acknowledgement Slip received via email attachment. 
2 Birth Certificate of Candidate: Birth Certificate (issued by the Municipal Corporation) with name of the candidate seeking admission. Birth Certificates issued by doctors, nursing homes and hospitals, or affidavits will not be accepted.
3 Aadhar Card:
i. Student's Aadhar Card /Aadhar Card Enrollment Receipt
ii. Father’s Aadhar Card /Aadhar Card Enrollment Receipt
iii. Mother’s Aadhar Card / Aadhar Card Enrollment Receipt 
4 Address Proof:
If your current address does not match that in Aadhar Card  any one of these documents in the name of one parent may be submitted: Voter ID Card / Passport / Driving License / Bank Passbook / Ration Card / Electricity bill / Telephone bill / Gas Bill / LIC Policy / Vera (House Tax)
5 Passport Size Colour Photograph: (Please do not use old photographs taken before 1st September 2024)
i. One recent passport-size colour photograph of Student.
ii. One recent passport-size colour photograph of Father.
iii. One recent  passport-size colour photograph of Mother.
6 Additional Information Required after confirmation of Admission: (Photocopies of these documents are not required. Only details are required).
i. PAN Card number of any one parent.
ii.  Student's Passport Number (only if available)

Amount paid at the time of admission is neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances, even in cases where a student wants to withdraw from the school after having taken admission, or seeks admission in any other DPS.
No fees / charges, partial or full, will be refunded if the said student is required to leave the School during term-time for any reasons. One clear calendar months’ notice in writing or a months’ fee in lieu of notice must be given before student is withdrawn.
*The fee & heads of fees will be applicable until further directions from appropriate authorities due to the pending final outcome of the sub-judice matter. The heads of fee & amount collected under these heads may be appropriated under different / new heads as decided / ordered by the competent authority and School Managing Committee based on the final outcome of the sub-judice matter.
^In the year of seeking admission and subsequently charged in the beginning of the academic year when the student gets promoted to Class I, Class IX & Class XI.
$ Interest free. To be adjusted/ refunded through an application for refund when the student leaves the school.

This presentation should be  attended by both parents. Parents will have a guided school visit on this day. 
Step 3 Know Each Other Session : Meet the admission Committee  School campus 10-10-2024 Thursday 11-10-2024 Friday To be held on the school campus. Parents will receive an email with the exact date and time for the interaction.  This interaction is required to be attended by both the Parents and student. Parents should bring necessary documents as mentioned in the email.
Step 4 Proficiency Assessment School Campus 14-10-2024 Monday at 2:45 PM on school campus Detailed syllabus of the assessment will be emailed to the registered parents. Any one of the parents can accompany the student for the assessment.

i. No dues certificate from the current school.
ii. Original Transfer Certificate from the current school. (NON CBSE Board Transfer certificates should be counter signed by the respective board or appropriate authorities)
iii. PAN Card number of any one parent.
