On 7 th January 2025, Grade 9 students participated in an insightful SWOT Analysis session, a valuable tool to help them identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The session was designed to enhance self awareness and encourage students to take control of their personal and academic growth. Through engaging activities, students identified their strengths, acknowledged areas for improvement, and explored opportunities for development, such as joining school clubs or using online resources. They also discussed effective strategies to address challenges like peer pressure and distractions. By creating their own SWOT matrices, students gained clarity and developed actionable plans to achieve their goals. The session concluded with the inspiring quote, “Success is not the absence of weakness but the presence of strengths you use wisely,” motivating students to focus on their potential. Both students and teachers praised the workshop for its positive impact on fostering self-reflection and goal-setting.
