The Intellect-Clash
Delhi Public School Surat hosted An Inter-House Debate competition for Class X students on 28 June 2024. The topic was “Should students in India have an internship or job after school hours?” The competition featured three rounds: Opening Speech Round, Rebuttal Round and Judges Questioning Round. Participants showcased their eloquence and oratory skills. The event was marked by enthusiastic participation and competitive spirit from all the teams. The audience engagement was also commendable, contributing to the lively atmosphere. The awards were awarded to the Best Speaker for the Motion, the Best Speaker against the Motion, the Best Interjector and to the Best House which was bagged by the Dragon house. The success of the event was a testament to the hard work and dedication of the participants and the guidance provided by their teachers.
