As part of the Social Emotional Development Programme, the students of Class 12 participated in a session titled "Resilience – Combat Stronger". The session conducted between 1 April and 15 April 2024, aimed to empower Grade 12 students with essential abilities to bounce back from setbacks, manage difficulties, and embrace change positively. It was an interactive session featuring diverse activities tailored to engage students and deepen their understanding of resilience. These activities encompassed group discussions and problem-solving tasks, fostering an environment where students could share experiences and coping strategies for stress and adversity. Students learned that resilience is not about avoiding stress or difficulties but about effectively managing them. They were introduced to a range of resilience-building strategies, including cultivating a positive mindset, nurturing meaningful connections, and prioritizing self-care. We believe that these skills will be invaluable for our students as they navigate the challenges of their final year of school and prepare for the future.
