On 2 January 2025, Grade XI Psychology students attended the Psychology Fest, PSYNAPSE, hosted at Vanita Vishram. This enlightening event offered an excellent opportunity to delve into various facets of Psychology through a combination of thought-provoking speeches, creative cultural performances, and engaging experiential activities. The fest began with insightful speeches from distinguished speakers who explored the complexities of human behavior and mental processes. Their talks shed light on recent developments in Psychology, emphasized the importance of mental health awareness, and shared practical strategies for emotional well-being. These sessions were designed to help students grasp concepts like Cognitive Disorders, Learning, Mindfulness, and Personality Traits through hands-on engagement. A particularly innovative highlight was the presence of individuals portraying iconic psychologists, including Sigmund Freud, Abraham Maslow, and Karen Horney. This creative initiative gave students the chance to have meaningful discussions, offering unique insights into the theories and lives of these influential figures. The visit was an immensely educational and inspiring experience.
