Guru Purnima celebrates the birth of Maharshi Ved Vyasa, the famous sage who is said to have edited the four Vedas. It is a day to commemorate the importance of Gurus or teachers in our lives. The students of Class VI G, on 11th July 2024, Thursday, presented the assembly on Guru Purnima honouring the invaluable role of teachers in our lives. The event began with a captivating instrumental music performance on violin followed by a soulful song paying tribute to our gurus. The students then presented a skit on Eklavya, highlighting the essence of true dedication and respect towards one's teacher. Another skit emphasized the importance of respecting teachers, showcasing how their guidance shapes our future. The assembly not only celebrated the spirit of Guru Purnima but also reinforced the values of gratitude and reverence for our educators, leaving a lasting impression on everyone present.
