Marlee Matlin has rightly said, ‘The Earth does not belong to us; we belong to the Earth.’ Echoing this thought, the students of Class IV H had the opportunity to conduct the class assembly on Earth Day, on 22nd April, 2025.
The assembly began with a warm welcome followed by a melodious song presented by the students. To raise awareness about protecting our planet, the students presented a powerful skit titled “The Court of Mother Earth.” The skit highlighted how human actions have affected our Earth and conveyed a strong message about the urgent need to care for nature. All the students joined their hands together to take a heartfelt Earth Day promise. A graceful dance performance celebrating the beauty of nature followed, leaving the audience with a sense of responsibility and joy.
It was a memorable and meaningful assembly that reminded everyone that small actions can lead to big changes when it comes to saving our beautiful planet. The assembly ended with our Honourable Principal Mr. P. Vamshi Krishna awarding prizes for the Intra-Class Poster Making Competition for Grades III and IV.
